Elon Musk is rumoured to be negotiating with the UK government to build a brand new gigafactory in Britain to manufacture a car specifically designed for use on Britain's crumbling roads.

Dubbed the Tesla Potholer, the new car has spring loaded legs instead of wheels and moves by jumping around between the many potholes in Britain's roads. It is expected to be very popular in rural areas where dodging potholes is a daily ritual.

This exciting new development in the automobile industry comes on the back of a report published by the Asphalt Industry Alliance that claims there are more than two million potholes in Britains roads and blames the rise in potholes partially on climate change:

Local authorities have a bit more money to spend this year but the impact of rising costs due to inflation means they have actually been able to do less with it. Couple this with the effects of the extreme weather we are increasingly facing, and the result is that the rate at which local roads are suffering is accelerating towards breaking point.
