After the 2024 Oscars started their tear-jerking 'In Memoriam' section with a tribute to a right-wing xenophobe Russian extremist, many naturally wondered if the Oscar panel had lost their democratic minds.

Apparently this is one of the new Oscar 'diversity' rules that have been put in place to qualify work for submission to the Oscars in future.

Right-wing xenophobe extremists must also be represented in movie productions along with all the usual rainbow people, otherwise the notion of diversity, inclusion and equality (DIE) will be compromised.

But even this new and unexpected celebration of right-wing xenophobe extremism was not enough to mollify Elon Musk who commented:

Winning an Oscar now just means you won the woke contest with some wokery-pokery.

Australian far-right leader, Bill 'Bandera' Heslop, told FNN:

This one small step for the Oscars but one big f**king leap for mankind. Good on yer Oscars for making diversity real.
