Sources close to President are saying that he intends to run for his third term.

FNN has obtained a leaked White House statement that seems to confirm the likelihood that the president will run again:

We are pleased to announce that President Biden will run for a third term at the next election. He does not believe that his main opponent, Hillary Clinton, has the chops for the job so he is willing to go the extra mile for the American people and try for an unprecendented third term.

The President is not expected to go on the gruelling campaign trail.

Instead he will be represented by a state-of-the-art AI-equipped blow-up doll that has all the technology needed to ask and answer questions, to wave to and point at random members of the audience as if he remembers who they are, and to climb the steps to board Airforce One.

Insiders tell us that the doll can already be seen wandering around the White House in order for staff to bond with it before campaigning begins.
