Ahead of the first and only presidential candidate debate between Harris and Trump, Axios reports that:

Ten generals and admirals are mobilizing to defend Vice President Kamala Harris from Republican attempts to tie her to the chaotic 2021 U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

In a blatant display of (non-Russian!) election interference, Trump is blamed for the chaotic withdrawal of US and allied forces during the Biden presidency because he was on the golf course at the time.

Trump is also being blamed for:

• the border crisis
• the war in Ukraine
• US homelessness
• assassination attempts
• the failure of Boeing's Starliner
• Hunter Biden forgetting to pay his taxes
• Vladimir Putin endorsing Harris
• the cancelling of Yellowstone on Paramount
• Harry Potter falling out with J K Rowling
• the slowdown in underwear sales in New York department stores

And anything else anyone can think of that might harm his chances of being re-elected.
