FNN has learned that scientists from the Bugs Bunny Insitute have discovered a new cure for COVID and associated viruses: The humble carrot - specifically the thapsia variant aka the "deadly" carrot.

Apparently the carrot contains antibodies that prevent the COVID virus from infecting most humans and therefore will help to combat the virus, improve your ability to see in the dark and help prevent prostate cancer.

A spokesperson for Bugs Bunny Institute told FNN:

Once again the humble carrot has come up trumps in its ability to help humanity. We think that from now on vaccinations will become a thing of the past as we rollout a new treatment plan consisting of eating carrots followed by a tin of spinach which is proven to re-energize even the most lethargic patient and give them superhuman strength to fight further infection.

Bugs Bunny and Popeye were unavailable for comment but Olive Oyl had this to say:
