The Sun newspaper claims in a 'scoop' story that the Royal Family are a evicting a couple from one of its many properties - Frogmore Cottage in Windsor - after a dispute over a book.

The couple are moving to the USA and taking their furniture with them. They are reputed to have spent £2.4 million on the cottage before moving in, renovations that will likely benefit the new tenant  - rumoured to be some guy who hung out with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

If the cottage is not kept 'within the firm' then other potential occupants include:

• Albanian people traffickers
• Ukrainian refugees
• Swedish climate change advocate and Lutheran Minister, Greta Thunderberg

Alternatively the cottage may be used as the dormitory for a new 'house' at Eton, fittingly called 'Spare House'.
