The M&S Christmas beef wellington is apparently flying off the shelves at £195 - obviously priced so it can be bought with the Winter Fuel Payment (WFP) paid to pensioners in the UK with enough left over for some brussel sprouts and potatoes.

As the Duke of Wellington himself might have said:

I don't know what you think of these prices, but by God, they frighten me.
