AI is widely used by Human Resource (HR) departments to speed-up the hiring process and make it more cost-effective.

But a new bias has been detected: AI hiring tools are favoring babes!

Apparently, diligent researchers have discovered that when an applicant's CV is reviewed by certain AI tools, the AI goes off and finds online pictures of the applicant and compares these to a target 'babe' profile.

Applicants are then moved forward in the process or rejected depending on their profile fit.

Applicants with their own webcam channel or OnlyFans account are automatically moved to the next stage of the hiring process.

In AI hiring jargon this is called 'an override'.

A spokesperson for secretive AI HR specialists Foxy Babe Hire told FNN:

Our clients only want the best candidates for their key positions.

So we employ top-secret algorithms to ensure that candidates abilities are examined from every angle to make sure they are an optimum fit for the hiring organization.

This includes marking them against the latest hiring attributes such as 'photogenicity' and a new heuristic known as 'the babalonia quotient'.
