President Trump is expected to be offered an 'associate' membership of the British Commonwealth by King Charles.

But sources close to the President think he will press for more from the upcoming 'commonwealth deal'.

A spokesperson explained:

The President appreciates the gesture but would prefer to be the leader of the Commonwealth as that way all the members can become US States without too much fuss.

The President has also learned that Canada is part of the Commonwealth and is not prepared to have a country belonging to another global alliance that is directly on the US borders. Otherwise he might have to invade.

So here's the deal: Either Canada or the Commonwealth can become part of the USA. You make your choice.
