Now that it is abundantly clear that the COVID virus escaped from a lab in Wuhan, as many suspected, and this was neither a lie nor a conspiracy theory, former President Trump is to face another serious indictment in his trial namely:

Pointing out COVID was a Chinese virus escaped from a lab but before anyone else did

A spokesperson for the State of New York Justice Department told FNN:

The new indictment (#345) is being added because Trump had no evidence to back up his 'lie' except his presidential access to classified intelligence/information that is now becoming public about gain of function research at the Wuhan lab backed by US and Chinese funding.

If only he had provided all his evidence to the mainstream media at the time so they could 'discover' it then all would have been well.

But instead he kept making his ridiculous assertions without leaking all the juicy details to the media so they could break the story.
