There has been some confusion over what the term '15 minute cities' actually means.

It is thought to relate to another attempt to help with climate change and is defined as:

The 15-minute city requires minimal travel among housing, offices, restaurants, parks, hospitals and cultural venues.

But FNN has learned the truth from a leaked MI5 document entitled: 15 Minute Cities are Toast.

According to the document, 15 minutes is about the time it would take for a Russian hypersonic missile or similar from North Korea or China, or for that matter the USA if we don't continue to toe the line, to reach the city and obliterate it.

The result will be that minimal travel is required to get anywhere, since there will be no housing, offices, restaurants, parks, hospitals and cultural venues to go to. Sort of like what Berlin, Warsaw, Stalingrad and Hiroshima looked like after WW2 in those grim black and white photos.

But there is good news!

For example if you are in Scotland, 15 minutes is about the time it takes to microwave and eat a tasty plate of pie and beans. So it's not all doom and gloom is it?
