Following the sacking of a British Airways (BA) pilot for apparently snorting cocaine off a Welsh or Spanish rack, the airline is rumoured to be considering introducing new cabin warning signs.

A spokesperson explained:

Currently the main warning sign that most passengers are familiar with is the 'No Smoking - Fasten Seat Belts' sign that displays during takeoff and landing.

But we want to be more transparent with our passengers so we are considering introducing signs to warn them of:

  • Cocaine 'bumping' in progress in cockpit
  • Mile high 'humping' in progress in toilet
  • Bacon roll shortage in on-board catering

These new signs will only be visible to Executive Club Gold and Silver members as an added-value service.
