Following US strikes on Iran, US VP J D Vance confirmed:

We are not at war with Iran. We are at war with a desert.

Deserts all over the world should be aware that they cannot hide from US military might.

A spokesperson told FNN:

I would like to borrow some of the wise words of former President Bush after the Iran debacle:

As a result of these strikes, the people of Iran can shake off their captivity.

They can one day join a democratic Afghanistan (now flourishing under the Taliban) and a democratic Palestine (now largely razed to the ground by Israel), inspiring reforms throughout the Muslim world (such as the reforming regime now in charge of Syria).

Pakistan's nomination of President Trump for the Nobel Peace prize looks like it will a shoe-in.

Even former winner President Obama did not strike Iran with bunker busting bombs.
