Following news that the UK government has purchased 50 million coffin-shaped bio-degradeable freezers to deliver patients for vaccination by the Pfizer jab (see previous FNN news item), it has been confirmed that the Thunderbirds have been contracted to ship the freezers from China to the UK.

From their secret headquarters location on Tracy Island (see Google Maps), the Thunderbirds will use Thunderbird 2 to carry out the mission under the watchful eye of orbiting space-station Thunderbird 5. Brains has also been contracted by the NHS to join the crack AI team involved in developing the Track and Trace smartphone application. The operation will be managed by Marina from her hottub on Tracy Island.

Naturally, The Hood has threatened to wreck the operation by supplying faulty freezer compressors and spending a fortune on Russian hackers to bolster the online anti-vaxxer campaign.

Thunderbirds CEO and ex-astronaut Jeff Tracy (played by Jack Nicholson in the forthcoming movie Terms of the Contract) commented:

This is a major coup for International Rescue. Now I might get some return on those expensive mechanisms installed to raise and lower the palm trees on either side of the runway every time T2 takes off. 

The PR face of the new contract is foxy blonde, Lady Penelope, who has been specially photographed in just her mink hugging Parker's long-bonneted pink Rolls Royce for this month's Razzle magazine Neighbour's Wives section.
