In an historic speech to the French Senate - rumoured to have been written by ChatGPT - King Charles stated that the UK will 'always be one of France's closet (sic) allies and best friends'.
However, FNN has seen a leaked version of what is claimed to be a version of the original speech, which includes:
- a demand for reparations for William the Conqueror's 'Harrying of the North'
- a description of the effectiveness of archery at the battle of Crecy
- the quote - Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more - now popular amongst Albanians at the Son-Gat camp
- a proposal to rename Quebec 'Wolfesville' and the London Eurostar station 'Trafalgar Terminal'
- a discussion of prison architecture on the islands of Elba and St Helena
- a clip from the Bony-N (sic) hit Ra-Ra-Rasputin Lover of the Russian Queen
Naturally all this was deleted and replaced with the usual blah-blah-blah.
The King is in France to watch some World Cup Rugby in the hope that England can defy the odds again and their No. 10 - 'King' George (Ford) - get them through the rest of the tournament on drop-goals.
Sir Keir Starmer was also recently spotted in London wearing a Chanel-brand T-shirt saying: I went to France and all I got was some lousy cufflinks!
