The outcome of the Grover vs. Tickle case in Australia is expected to lead to a black market for fake Queensland birth certificates after the judge ruled that if you have one of these certificates identifying you as a woman, you are a woman.

According to The Spectator:

The case was heard by Mr Justice Bromwich of the Federal Court of Australia, and his decision was handed down today. Bromwich ruled that Tickle is a transgender woman ‘whose sex is recognised by an official, updated, Queensland birth certificate’ and, that blocking Tickle’s membership, Giggle (and, by extension, Grover as the sole proprietor and director of the company operating the website), indirectly discriminated against Tickle as one of a class of persons refused service by Giggle.

Now, with the help of an easily faked piece of paper, you can self identify as a woman and hang out in ladies toilets and changing rooms with your webcam without fear of any legal consequences. Bonus!

Australian animal activist Bill "Skippy" Heslop told FNN:

I've been identifying as a wombat for years so I can hang out in zoos and watch the children play. If only Queensland would issue a wombat birth certificate!
