According to the UK's Telegraph newspaper:

Jack Smith, the prosecutor appointed to investigate Mr Trump’s alleged interference, concluded that he engaged in an “unprecedented criminal effort to overturn the legitimate results of the election in order to retain power” after losing the 2020 election.

Trump responded by calling Smith 'deranged' and saying:

We’re on the brink of a proposal that I laid out in detail months ago, finally coming to fruition. I have learned, in many years of public service, to never, never, never, ever give up.

Oh sorry. That was Biden referring to the democrats losing the 2024 election to Trump in a landslide defeat that did not require an unprecedented criminal effort, only people voting.

Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is expected to diminish up until his January 20th inauguration after which it will fire up again in earnest following the slew of executive orders the President is expected to sign.
