The UK weekly magazine, The Week, reported quotes from President Trump in his inaugural address relating to the Panama Canal [Crimea]:

That handing control to Panama [the SSR of Ukraine] in 1999 [1954], "was a foolish gift that should never have been made".

"above all China [USA/NATO] is operating [wants] the Panama canal [Crimea]"

"we didn't give it to China [USA/NATO], we gave it to Panama [the SSR of Ukraine] and we are taking it back"

When asked if he would use use "military or other coercion to gain control of the Panama Canal [Crimea] or Greenland" he responded:

"No, I can't assure you on either of those two. But I can say this: we need them for economic security.

Now play the word game.

Replace Trump's words with the words in [ ] and what do you get?

What the so-called 'dictator' Putin could easily have said about the Crimea to justify taking it back!

In any case, double standards and hypocrisy of the highest order.
