President Trump claims nobody has heard of Lesotho but clearly the BBC has as it states:

Lesotho has one of the highest HIV prevalence rates in the world, with one in five adults living with HIV, and more infections per 100,000 people than most other countries, including neighbouring Namibia, Botswana and Eswatini.

Even Prince Harry knows where Lesotho is.

Lesotho is of course better known to Brits as Basutoland so, as usual, Trump may be partially right.

Despite the earlier Basutoland Rebellion (1880-81), the Sotho people went on to provide thousands of troops to help Britain in WW2.

The sad fact is that today's Lesotho needs all the help it can get in dealing with its HIV epidemic.

It would be unfortunate if USAID funding used to help stem the spread of HIV was stopped along with money their President has admitted was used to support the kind of 'woke' initiatives that the Trump administration abhors.
