UK police are trialling using drones as first responders to certain 999 calls.

The drones will be able to capture footage of a crime scene faster than other forms of response.

Special armed response drones will have a gimball mounted Gatling gun and be able to broadcast warnings to criminals, such as:

• Go ahead, make my day
• Dead or alive, you're coming with me
• Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
• Hasta la vista, baby!

It's a far cry from bobbies on the beat.
