Sky News reports:

Double Olympic champion Caster Semenya shapes up for new battle with the IOC

The South African is encouraging a challenge against the landmark decision and calling on other athletes to join her in a class action.

First of all, this person became a double-Olympic champion under a regime of wokery-pokery that deprived many women of their rightful medals.

"If we have to say women must stop taking part in Olympics, so be it," the South African said in an exclusive interview with Sky News.

The arrogance of this statement.

Deny the majority of women the right participate in the Olympics to suit a discredited agenda?

But Semenya said: "There is no respect for women. The minute you start asking a woman to be tested to take part in sports, that's not dignity."

But women, and men, are already tested for banned substances. Nobody has been complaining about that.

Let's not test for that either and the druggies could win everything!

What about more dangerous contact sports like boxing?

"What do you expect in boxing?" Semenya responded. "We understand that it's a dangerous sport. We all sign in, in all sporting codes, knowing that there are safety precautions.

And that's the point.

Olympic sport needs safety precautions for women to avoid being pummeled by a testosterone-fuelled man in a boxing ring.

This is all just common sense but apparently not for everyone.

Paralympians do not compete against able-bodied people as that would make the Paralympics a nonsense idea.

Of course the right way to tackle this is with a Translympian Games for transgender people to compete against each other - no need for testing just present your identity certificate and away you go - what could be fairer than that?
