According to Sky News, the UK's minister for climate will make a 6,313-mile round trip to take part in the government's crunch vote on Rwanda, Number 10 has confirmed.
His return to the UK by bicycle has been ridiculed by the opposition Labour party who say he should have returned by pogo stick to be more environmentally friendly.
A spokesperson for the Minister told FNN:
Unfortunately Mr Stuart did not bring his pogo stick with him to the COP28 summit and so he had to borrow a bicycle from the British Consulate in Dubai.
Mr Stuart was last seen in the Oman having cycled the wrong way out of Dubai due to a problem with his satnav.
He is expected to arrive in Britain in time for the change of Government in 2024.
