If Brussels is attacked, Moscow will be flattened, says Belgian defence minister

Asked if he feared that Russian President Vladimir Putin might launch a conventional missile attack on Brussels, his reply was unambiguous: “No, because then he will hit the heart of NATO, and then we will flatten Moscow.”

Why Putin would launch a conventional missile attack against Belgium of all places remains a mystery.

Because it is the source of sanctioned waffles? Because the EU HQ is there and he just wants to stop them yapping?

Is this guy for real?

If it has got to the point that Russia is attacking minor NATO countries like Belgium, now branded a narco-state by a former Belgian judge, that poses no military threat whatsoever (even if it hosts the HQ of NATO), presumably Russia and/or the rest of Europe would already be more or less in nuclear ashes.
