Following a call between President Trump and President Zelensky, the White House press office confirmed that the peace negotiations have moved beyond the original minerals deal as Trump offered to takeover Ukraine's energy assets to 'protect' them from further Russian aggression.

So the Ukraine's minerals and energy infrastructure, that were previously not 'for sale', have apparently been earmarked for a quick sale.

In addition, FNN has been leaked a note that was found in an Oval office waste bin that may have been scribbled by the President himself, or his autopen, that says:

NOTE TO SELF: DONT FORGET...stuff to get as part of the deal with Ukraine:

• minerals and rare metals (tick)
• energy infrastructure (tick)
• all those fields where they grow stuff
• the transportation network (railways, ports, airports etc)
• any Ukrainian software IP or useful inventions for military use
• hospitality locations
• hospitals and schools
• factories that make stuff
