That great symbol of the USA - the bald eagle - is beginning to reflect the country itself, as apparently:

The Missouri Department of Conservation captured a bald eagle within Wilson's Creek National Battlefield originally thought to be injured but later deemed "too fat to fly," according to a Facebook post from Wilson's Creek National Battlefield.

The cause was thought to be a raccoon in the eagle's stomach. But not just any racoon. This racoon was found to have a quadruple whopping cheeseburger with large fries and a vanilla shake in its stomach that it had apparently consumed outside a fast food restaurant.

Eagles that used to be filmed nabbing fresh salmon from pristine lakewater are now to be found scavenging the latest deal from a roadside strip mall.

The eagle looked more like a flying Turkey, soon they will be eaten for thanksgiving.
