The Spectator reports that Bulgaria has evidence that Russia is backing 'left-wing humanitarian groups' and people traffickers to swamp Europe with migrants.
UK Home Secretary Yvette Cooper was quick to point out that this made clear that 'illegal migration is being driven by...hostile state actors seeking to destabilise Europe'.
How convenient as the Church Lady would say.
Leaving aside that the politically correct term for illegal migration is now 'irregular migration' - oops - Ms Cooper presumably means the same hostile state actors who destabilized Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syrian and Yugoslavia - the destabilzations that essentially triggered the migration crisis in the first place?
Perhaps Ms Cooper just needs to stop blaming Russia and 'f***ing suck it up' as Linden Kemkaran, the Reform Head of Kent County Council, told her staff as they try to balance the council budget.
Ms Kemkaran sounds like the kind of Home Secretary the UK needs right now.
