Let's face it - everyone wants to work for FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Google) - they are just so cool and you get lots of free stuff and stock options.

And let's not forget Twitter. TFAANG!

But to get through their tough interview processes you need help and that's where flash cards come in.

Instead of talking, you can manage your interview using a deck of pre-printed Flash Cards. Then, as a question comes up you simply shuffle through your deck of cards to find the answer. This is an excellent test of your motor skills.

This flash-card technique replicates the real world process where you don't actually know anything yourself but simply jump on the Internet to find the answer to everything, as provided by other people who have done the thinking for you. Like FNN for example.

An HR spokesperson for a FAANG company, the strangely named Count Spatula, told us:

We love the idea of using flash cards to manage your interview. That way we all don't have to talk and the interviewers and candidate can basically sit hunched over our laptops flashing cards at each other. I wish this was how we worked normally.
