The Dissident reports:

BBC Caught Fabricating Quote Of An Iranian Calling For The U.S. To Drop An 'Atomic Bomb'.

The MI6 media got caught fabricating a quote of an Iranian calling for the U.S. To Drop An Atomic Bomb On The Country.

The story shows how the BBC's article was quietly changed after it became clear what the implications of the original article could be as the Dissident points out.

Apart from anything else this kind of incident continues to show the laxity of the BBC's taxpayer-funded editing standards.

Maybe they are using AI for editing these days?

Or maybe not as AI would probably do a better job.

According to The Dissident, the journalist in question clearly has 'form' having worked for The Guardian's 'Rights and Freedom' section previously and been involved with various US-funded CIA-cutouts.

It's perfectly clear that 'independent' journalists are few and far between these days with most busily working away, either overtly or covertly, in service of someone else's agenda.

Which is why the MSM, like the BBC, is dead as a trustworthy platform for relaying news.
