Elon Musk is going after the United States Agency for International Destabilisation (USAID).

According to Axios:

Musk said he was looking to shut USAID down because it's "a bowl of worms" with no apple, so you've "got to get rid of the whole thing" because it's "beyond repair."

A spokesperson explained:

USAID has failed to destabilise as many regimes as it was funded for, so it has to go. Recent failures include Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, and Serbia but its biggest failure is Russia. We have spent billions on trying to destabilise Putin's Russia through the Ukraine war but have failed to make a dent in Russian resilience.

The elusive Norwegian head of the Davos-based Mysterons, Olaf Hurtigruten, told FNN:

We are behind USAID and this is nothing less than another attempt by Elon to thwart our aim to prevent him from invading Mars.
