UK special forces unit had 'deliberate policy' to 'kill fighting-aged males' in Afghanistan, inquiry told

A senior officer said he raised concerns with the director of UK special forces, but a "conscious decision" was made to cover it up.

The UK is always banging on about other countires war crimes - like Russia for example - but when it comes its own forces, cover-ups are the order of the day.

No-one should be under any illusion that bad things don't happen in war but covering them up won't help and makes accusing others of war crimes a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
