According to Sky News:

Communication with pigs may soon be possible as scientists say they have developed an AI tool that can interpret what the animals are saying.

While it's not quite Doctor Doolittle, the algorithm is capable of decoding pig sounds and could potentially alert farmers to negative emotions, researchers say.

So far the AI has managed to detect pigs saying stuff like:

• I want to change gender
• Don't vote for Donald Trump
• Never eat a bacon butty
• Splish, splash, splosh
• Can somomeone please clean up all this mud

Soon there will be app for farmers to use that notifies them of any negative emotions in their pigs.

Conveniently, it automatically detects when pigs are transported to the abbatoir and instead plays uplifting music to prevent farmers developing mental health issues.
