Elon Musk's SpaceX Corporation has recently filed a Certificate of Conversion to move its state of incorpration from Delaware to Mars.

Predictably, this provoked a furious reaction from the Mysterons.

The bald head of the Davos-based Mysterons, aka The Hood, told FNN:

Musk has no right to incorporate his corporation, an enemy of Mars, on Mars.

There will be serious consequences. Whooohahahaha!

He then turned a pork pie into a banana using his skill of matter-transference.

A spokesperson for SpaceX commented:

If your company is still incorporated in Delaware, I recommend moving to another state as soon as possible.

The advantage of Mars is that it is not on the SWIFT network so it can't charge any incorporation fees.
