The Seattle Museum of Pop Art has decided to cancel J K Rowling due to her 'super hateful and divisive views'.
A museum spokesperson explained:
J K Rowling's transphobic views and belief in magic and muggles mean that we have had to remove all references to her from her creations to avoid upsetting anyone.
Instead our management has decided concentrate on the work of the actors, prop makers, and costume designers associated with her creations, all of whom have made nice money from Ms Rowling's imagination.
Popular art is, after all, all about making money, so this focus seems to be a much more appropriate thing for us to celebrate than some hateful woman's ability to enthrall millions of children around the world with her immersive storytelling.
J K Rowling joins the roster of former bestselling children's authors such as Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl who are in danger of being 'de-published' or censored due to their personal views conflicting with what is currently socially fashionable.
A situation that would have been familiar to many 'degenerate' artists and others during the Third Reich in Germany.
