FNN wonders if President Trump and the UK Ambassador to the USA 'Lord' Mandelson have been taken by surprise by the latest Epstein revelations.
Or not?
Sky News reports:
Files from a "birthday book" compiled for the sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein appear to include a glowing contribution from the current UK ambassador to Washington, Peter Mandelson.
Documents appear to show Lord Mandelson calling Epstein his "best pal" and writing of the friend "taking you by surprise… in one of his glorious homes he likes to share with his friends (yum yum)".
A drawing, signed by someone called Donald J. Trump, talks about ...may every day be another wonderful secret and a note, allegedly from Mandelson, talks about Epstein Leaving you with some "interesting" friends to entertain instead….
The whole mucky, icky thing is steadily looking worse for both Trump and Mandelson.
Was the Epstein link why Mandelson was a shoe-in for US ambassador? Who knows?
But according to US VP J D Vance No one is falling for this BS.
The odd thing is that Trump does not seem to be fighting back against yet more obvious attempts to smear him - say by resurrecting the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.
That seems a little unlike Trump.
Nor does there seem to be anything being publicised from the released files that implicates Trump's political enemies.
Strange.
