The takeover of the UK newspaper The Observer is progressing slowly.

The lethargic takeover is being blamed on the prospective new owners, Tortoise Media.

Lead investor from Tortoise Media, aka Mr Boombastic, told FNN:

Oh me, oh my, well, well, can't you tell
I'm just like a turtle crawling out of my shell

According to Sky News:

Earlier this month, an open letter signed by leading figures from the arts and culture including Bill Nighy, Hugh Grant  Mary Beard and Ralph Fiennes labelled the prospective deal "disastrous".

The letter was also supposed to have said:

Dem call me Mr. Loverman, dem call me Mr. Lover
Mr. Loverman, dem call me Mr. Lover
Dem call me Mr.Loverman, dem call me Mr. Lover
Mr.Loverman, dem call me Mr. Lover
