After national treasure and highest paid BBC newsreader Huw Edwards pled guilty to 3 counts of making indecent child images, the BBC is under pressure to respond with corrective measures.
A spokesperson explained:
We are considering a new rating system to rate every presenter of every BBC show to ensure that the public is fully aware of the presenter's proclivities and can make an informed judgement about whether to watch the show or not.
Category A presenters have participated in penetrative sexual activity with children
Category B presenters have participated in non-penetrative sexual activity with children
Category C presenters have not participated in any  sexual activity with children
We are pleased to say that, as far as we know, whatever past history may tell you, all our presenters are rated category C.
Until some whistleblower outs someone else that is.
Former disgraced Australian newsreader Bill "Nine O'Clock" Heslop told FNN:
All this fuss about a few pictures. And I thought Whatsapp was supposed to be encrypted?
After I was convicted and things quietened down, they took me back and gave me my own show - Bill Will Fix It! - so kids could come on TV and read the news.
The kids loved it and they all benefited from my expert instruction in the green room on how to deliver agendized nonsense.
So I'm sure Huw will be back soon after his suspended sentence.
Hey Muriel! Fetch me a tinnie. I'm parched.
