A major UK beverage manufacturer has confimed that a new drink, codenamed Miss Piggy, is set for release in the UK market.

The new drink tastes of pork scratchings and follows on the heels of the latest US drink that tastes like cheese nachos.

A spokesperson told FNN:

Miss Piggy is designed to complement the nation's favourite snack - a bacon roll. It is made by soaking pork scratchings in a vat of gin.

We have had a lot of interest from leading UK fast food suppliers, who want to include it in their breakfast special offer combinations.

EU spokesperson Ursula Von Richthofen commented:

This new drink will be banned in the EU where pork scratchings are a prohibited substance and we already have similar drinks such as currywurst flavored vodka in Germany.
