'Unacceptable' that European countries still fund Russia's war.

Yes, it is.

After provoking, provisioning and prolonging the war, and undermining the peace negatiations in 2022, the EU is now loaning Ukraine €90 billion to continue to kill as many Ukrainians and Russians as possible - while we all learn about cool 'new ways' to make war. Bonus!

This was a war that started because the Ukrainian state cracked down on and killed its own people in eastern Ukraine, forcing them either to migrate east or stay and fight for their survival.

The EU ignored the humanitarian crisis, playing along with the fake Minsk agreements that they admitted they never intended to honour, and turned a blind-eye to the killing of civilians by ultra-right nationalists - something the EU would never permit in its own member states - because Russia must be degraded and Putin humbled.

Ideally the endgame was Putin 'deposed', Russia split-up, and its vast resources handed out as a 'reward' to the West for finally bringing 'democracy' to its starving people, lined up outside stores full of empty shelves.

The reason the EU and the UK's Starmer are so worried about 'extremes' in their own countries (by which they mean 'far-right' extremists) is exactly because they have watched what has unravelled in Ukraine, which has become another case study of what happens when you support the actions of extremists (Afghanistan being another obvious case-study with the Taliban now in power and warring with Pakistan).

The Sky article repeats the usual MSM lie: This week marked the fourth anniversary of Vladimir Putin's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

There never was a 'full-scale' invasion, as FNN has explained before, and everyone knows this but the MSM persists in its lying because it knows its readership will not pause to question more. Their readers are too busy managing their own 'cost-of-living' crisis and weekly trips to local food banks to stock up on freebies.

And now that Trump has started yet another illegal war with his own 'full-scale invasion' (sic), this time against Iran, it's clear that the UK government also lied about its refusal to allow the US to use UK bases for its regime change assault when US F-22s took off from the UK for Israel just days ago.

This Iranian war has got to be the final nail in the coffin for the UN, which just stood by and watched, unable to stand-up to the USA. Why should China, Russia and the Global South continue to participate in an institution that is powerless to stand up for international law? 

Once this is over, Cuba will be next.

It can look forward to a future as another 'Riviera' - just like Gaza - controlled by US business interests.

And then maybe Greenland - the new Arctic Riviera or Disney Frozen theme park!

If Hyman Roth - of The Godfather fame - was still around, he would be rubbing his hands with glee and dishing out celebratory cake in Havana or Nuuk.

And if anyone had any doubt that all of this is about oil then its time to wake up and smell the coffee: Iraq, Libya, Syria, Venezuela and now Iran. The Saudis and the Gulf States can't afford to put a foot wrong otherwise they will be next.

Until their oil runs out that is, when they will become sandy footnotes to history.
