Following an accident at a Pennsylvania factory making M&Ms and Mars Bars, when two maintenance workers fell into a vat of chocolate, the makers of Mars Bars are rumoured to be thinking about introducing a new flavour: HomoSapien!

Unlike other popular alternate flavours such as salted caramel and sticky toffee pudding, most people, other than the odd serial killer, will never have tasted anything quite like this - with or without fava beans and a good Chianti.

FNN convened a tasting panel to report back on the new flavour. The top five flavour impressions reported by the panel were:

• Lynx deodorant
• Lenor fabric softener
• Brut after-shave
• BO
• Sweaty feet

One of the panel also reported crunching on an earring in their candy. Bonus!

It remains to be seen if the new flavour will catch on especially as it depends on workers volunteering to be submerged in chocolate.
