President Trump signs order rebranding Pentagon as the Department of War

The president said the switch to the Department of Defense title after the Second World War was a "woke" move.

Well maybe.

Woke or not, good for Trump for recognising the truth and rebranding to the domain name war.gov.

The only time the Pentagon was called on to 'defend' the USA could have been at 9/11.

But it didn't, as it apparently allowed a plane to smash into the Pentagon building, among others.

So why not accept the fact that it's real role is warmaking overseas and stop all this nonsense about 'defense'.

When the time comes for the USA to really defend itself the Pentagon will already have been obliterated so the name is largely irrelevant anyway.
