'Agentic' is the current AI in-word: The ability of AI to act as an agent to perform specific tasks.
Unfortunately 'agent' is also a word associated with spying and Google's Gemini AI is already accused of that, as reported by Quartz:

Has Google's Gemini AI been reading your private emails? A new lawsuit says so
According to the lawsuit, Google activated Gemini by default last month without alerting users or asking for consent
Caitlin Johnstone has also been writing about AI recently:

As more and more people seem to be falling for the delusion that AI agents/bots are just like real people.
In any case Agentic AI is just another money-making trojan horse.
These agentic interactions may be largely free today but soon the charging will creep in.
Someone's got to pay for all the power-consumption and data centers that AI demands.
And it isn't going to be AI - it's going to be you.
