Following the exceptional success of the Oasis reunion tour, the BBC is rumoured to be considering a reunion of Bill and Ben the flowerpot men, who are now regarded to be the first gay gardening icons.
Their children's television show, which ran for some 20 years from the 1950's, was responsible for many children pestering their bemused parents to let them identify as flowerpots.
One fan told FNN:
I would be happy to pay thousands to see them again. And little weed. They were a part of my life and important role models.
Little Weed, who was of indeterminate gender, was unfortunately eaten by the tortoise 'slowcoach', shortly after Bill and Ben abandoned their garden and emigrated to San Francisco where they became an integral part of the emerging 'flower-power' scene.
FNN asked Andy Pandy for comment but all he could say was: Time to go home.
