Sir Ed Davey, leader of an irrelevant UK political party called the LibDems (Liberal Democrats), has called Elon Musk a 'snivelling cretin' in a desperate attempt to gain some column inches during the LibDem conference in Bournemouth, Engerland.

FNN asked Olaf Hurtigruten, the inscrutable bald-headed leader of the Davos-based Mysterons for his comment:

Now we have our Captain Black on earth!

Sir Ed Davey is an ideal cover for our plans to prevent Musk from reaching and colonising Mars.

No-one has ever heard of this guy, his political party or his nonsense policies for stopping illegal immigration.

He can work on the sidelines, alienating Elon in exchange for a guaranteed underground condominium on Mars.

According to Wikipedia, the last significant leader of the LibDems, Nick Clegg:

[Clegg] left politics after losing his seat and relocated to the United States, where in October 2018 he became vice‑president of global affairs and communications at Facebook, Inc. (renamed Meta Platforms in 2021). He was promoted to president for global affairs in 2022.

Facebook is of course a social media leader famed for online safety, running a few Russiagate ads and refusing to participate in online censorship at the behest of the US government.

Maybe the Mysterons got confused and mixed up Davey with Clegg?
