The Kyiv Independent worries about Zelensky in a relatively critical article that suggests his leadership is a threat to Ukraine:

Zelensky and his team must put politics aside, stop shielding their friends from corruption investigations, and focus on Ukraine's survival.

Strange that while the USA wants to take down 'drug cartel puppet' Maduro in Venezuela, it seems unfazed by Zelensky's 'unfortunate' behaviour in Ukraine.

Presumably because one is not their puppet and the other is?

Zelensky is back in Turkey again for 'peace talks'.

Unlike in 2022 these talks will be without those pesky Russians in attendance.

This is new: Unilateral peace talks.

Let's see if Boris Johnson turns up again to tell Zelensky to keep going to the last Ukrainian.

All this corruption doesn't seem have put France off as President Macron takes this opportunity to further his bromance with Zelensky and supply 100 Rafale jets to Ukraine in a deal worth around $1 billion.

Very Sarkozy-esque behaviour.

But Macron's played a blinder here.

France supplies the jets, the EU pays for them via loans to Ukraine and the French economy gets a nice lift. Result!

Is that what's called the 'circle of finance'?
