The incoming Biden adminstration has warned the UK that the special relationship will now include the UK paying for the construction of a new undersea pipeline - Moneystream2.

Moneystream2 will be built by Elon Musk's Boring Company and used to pipe vastly expensive fracking gas to the UK since those obnoxious populist Northerners have managed to prevent fracking in this country.

A US government spokesperson commented:

We've tried everything we can to make the US fracking industry profitable but even with special grants and tax breaks they still can't make any money. So we have decided that our great ally and partner - London, Engerland - should buy all this unprofitable gas and do its part to dig our fracking industry out of a hole. 

A UK government spokesperson commented:

Moneystream2 will come on stream just when North Sea oil runs out and Scotland runs out of money as we stupidly did not create a sovereign wealth fund like Norway but spent all the money binging on Irn-Bru and macaroon bars.

The new pipeline has the added benefit that we can just ask the Bank of England to print money to pay for it via the very popular Quantitative Easing scheme (aka financial Sennacot).

Furthermore, as the price of petrol will go up to £5 per litre at the pumps this will encourage more people to buy electric cars and help us reach our otherwise unachievable climate change emission targets.
