The Epping hotel protestors - or 'right wing thugs' if you prefer - turned out to be justified to be worried about the behaviour of asylum seekers in their local community.

A man who sexually assaulted and harassed a 14-year-old girl in Epping has been convicted.

Hadush Kebatu, 41, also sexually assaulted an adult woman – with his actions taking place over a two-day period earlier this year.

The offences were charged swiftly by the CPS’ out-of-hours division and a robust evidential case saw Kebatu found guilty.

Hadush Geberslasie KEBATU was convicted of: Sexual assault x2, attempted sexual assault, attempt to cause/incite a girl 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity, harassment.

Presumably he will be deported so that 'right wing thugs' never have to gather to protest about his actions again.
