Following Colorado's lead in banning former President Trump from the 2024 ballot for inciting an insurrection - this in the USA, the cradle of democracy and founded on an insurrection - other States are expected to follow suit.

The logical outcome being that there will be no candidates to vote for in the 2024 US election as they will all be banned for some nonsensical reason or another.

Unlike Putin's Russia where some opposition candidates will be 'allowed' on the ballot in the next election but everyone knows that Putin will be re-elected, here in the USA no candidates will be allowed to run since they are all either nutcases or geriatrics, so who in their right mind would elect them anyway?

The Russians will get that devil Putin but here in the USA we will get the ultimate expression of democracy - anarchy followed by civil war!

Here in the EU we prefer referendums as the means to approve policies, as you can always find an obscure reason to rerun them until you get the result you want.

That's how we stopped anyone leaving the EU - until that British Brexit vote when the stupid UK government actually accepted the result of their leave or remain vote, instead of re-running it multiple times until they got the remain vote they really wanted all along.
