Here is the UK, many banks offer bonuses of £100-200 for switching your current account to a rival bank.

Now, FNN has learned that Nigel Farage's bank have offered him a 'reverse-switch' bonus that will pay him an undisclosed sum for switching his account away from their bank into another bank, any other bank in fact.

A spokesperson explained:

We have tried to 'debank' Mr Farage in other ways but all our efforts have failed.

We hope he will consider our offer to pay him a fortune to take his banking elsewhere as his stance on the Ukraine war is causing us reputational damage.

This may also have something to with the fact that Mr Farage's Reform party also supports that the Bank of England stop paying interest to Commercial banks on QE reserves, something that could save around £35 billion per year (see manifesto p.4).
