The German chancellor says he will suggest Geneva as a venue for another round of Ukraine-Russia peace talks during Thursday's coalition of the willing meeting in Paris.

Just further confirmation that Switzerland is no longer a neutral country as neutral countries do not sanction other countries.

Bern, 9.7.2024 - The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER), in its capacity as the competent body for sanctions, expanded its sanctions listings against Russia on 8 July. Switzerland is thus adopting the additional sanctions listings decided by the EU in response to Russia’s ongoing military aggression against Ukraine. The changes will take effect at 6pm on 9 July.

The home of the Geneva Conventions has clearly lost the plot and should just join NATO and be done with all this neutral posturing as that is all history now.
