The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported that:

The court ruling stated that the government is putting "residents of this country in foreign prisons" without due process.

And yet it was perfectly OK to put residents of foreign countries (i.e. non-Americans) in foreign prisons (i.e. Guantanamo) without due process and leave them to languish there for years.

Go figure.
